YES 2024

The Year End Show (YES) is a public celebration of student accomplishments in architecture, planning, and landscape architecture, showcasing work that pushes the boundaries of imagination and design.

Located at the City Building Design Lab (CBDLab), the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape’s YES (Year End Show) 2024, is a public, inviting and welcoming celebration of student accomplishments in architecture, planning and landscape.

A long-time standing SAPL tradition, it was an evening filled with remarkable student work from the graduating class, as well as foundational SAPL programs.

The exhibition comprised of plans, 3D models and renderings that pushed the boundaries of imagination and design. The event was a showcase of everything from buildings that address social or economic inequity, and ideas of what an enticing and resilient future downtown Calgary needs to be, to what sustainable planning and landscapes can look like in the face of the current climate emergency.

Free and open to the alumni community, friends and family, the YES show was a wonderful celebration of another successful academic year at SAPL!
