BDCI Degree Audit Request Form

This form is intended for students who are heading into or are already in their final year of the program. The SAPL Undergraduate Advising Team can support students in reviewing their degree requirements and progress to facilitate a smooth graduation application setup. To ensure your degree audit is accurate and completed in a timely manner, please carefully review and complete all sections below.

As a reminder, please continue to connect with an advisor through SAPL's various advising channels whenever you need clarification around your program requirements and/or degree audit results.

Student files are cleaned up to be as close to 120 units as possible (this number may be increased to support additional Minor/Certificate programs, as needed). Courses made "extra to the degree" will not count toward satisfying degree requirements. They are also excluded from the final graduation GPA. Only unnecessary courses (and typically those with the lowest grades, where applicable) will be made extra to the degree.
I acknowledge that submitting an application to graduate is my responsibility and is not completed by an advisor. I must apply through my Student Centre by the posted deadline to initiate the graduation application process, regardless of whether I plan to attend the ceremony, receive my parchment by mail, or pick it up.
