Tracy Beauregard

Tracy Beauregard is the Manager of Faculty Operations, Administration & Facilities at the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape (SAPL) at the University of Calgary, a role she has held since 2012. As a senior member of the SAPL leadership team, Tracy provides critical support to the Dean and Associate Deans, overseeing the administrative, financial, and operational functions of the Dean's Office, the Digital Fabrication Workshop, and The Valentine building. She leads a team of administrative and programmatic staff and brings expert advice and direction in the areas of strategic planning, budget oversight, project management, policy development, and facilities planning.

Tracy's career spans more than two decades of progressive leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Prior to joining SAPL, from 2007-2012 she served as Manager of Finance and Administration in the Faculty of Medicine's Department of Family Medicine at the University of Calgary, where she managed a $7M operating budget and provided financial and administrative leadership across five clinic sites. She has also held senior administrative and director-level roles in long-term care, where she led teams of 150 or more staff and demonstrated a strong track record in operations, human resources, and organizational development.
